Broadband Connection Service

Our Broadband Connection Service is provided only to CHP-supplied, instore customers purchasing either an ADSL (BT line) or DSL (Cable line) wireless modem/router kit and/or a PCMCIA/PCI/USB wireless LAN card.

The reason for this stipulation is that, since we will have supplied the product(s) and the Service, there can be no question of our clients ever experiencing supply chain problems if difficulties are encountered - either upon installation, or with any subsequent failure of any product hardware, itself. Your ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) broadband connection supply line (i.e., that of either BT or Cable, for example) must be installed before we can proceed with this Service.

Our mobile operative will work in close contact with the client, who must be available on-site at all times. You will be presented with a partially-filled job sheet stating the time of commencement of installation of the broadband connectivity products supplied by us. Your signature will approve any work to be done, and will be requested once more to verify the successful connection of your PCs to the internet, whereupon, full payment should be made in cash. No other payment method is accepted.

Our Callout Fee is £34.95 including VAT plus Labour charged at £35.00 including VAT per hour, or part, thereof.

This Service is available only to pre-registered clients with proof of instore purchase of all necessary broadband connectivity products, which should be made available for inspection either in advance in-store, or by the mobile operative on duty, on the proposed date and time of installation.
